1. What was your favorite vacation location and how did you heard about it?
Kakadu National Park in Australia. I booked a tour when i was in Darwin, but never knew it would be that beautiful. Sydney , Brisbane , Cairns ,Darwin ,Alice Springs , Adelaide ,Melbourne and everything in between the big cities.
2. Did you travel alone or with your family/friends (how many) ?

3. How much time did you spend finding out information about this location and what resources did you use to do it (online sites/traveling agencies/friends).
I didn't do a lot of research for Kakadu, i just looked in the brochure of the travel agency i booked with. For the rest of my trip i always checked brochures from the hostel and got a lot of mouth-to-mouth-info.
4. Can you tell us the thing you like most in this place?
To see a place where Aboriginal People have lived (and still do) and learning from their culture. Seeing rockart, amazing wildlife (crocs!) and stunning sunsets... priceless!

5. What were the bad/ugly sides of your vacation?
Flies! Everywhere from Darwin to Adelaide!
6. How was your room (did you had everything you need).
I stayed in hostels most of the time, but i higly recommend sleeping in a swag (some sort of a thick sleeping bag) under the stars!!

7. Did you take a digital camera (what model), a laptop or any other gadgets with you? (name of the gadget).
Yes, Mp3 player, Video Camera (Sony), mobile phone and photo camera (Nikon Coolpix) + all the adapters that came with them.
8. How did you traveled? Using a car/train/plane/foot ? How was the service on it?Were you pleased?
By Greyhoundbus on the East coast, rest of the trip with Adventure Tours/OZExperience (bus, +/- 10-25 persons)
9. Did you make any new friends (are you still keeping in touch).
Oh yes! I met people from the UK, Germany, France, Slovenia, Denmark, Holland, Canada, America, Israël, Africa, Japan, Austria, Switzerland, Korea, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Norway, and more!!! I keep in touch with a lot of them and plan to visit people in Holland, the UK, Denmark and Germany in the near future.

10. How did you spend your time? Did you participate in any recreational activities?
I did it all: surfing, kayaking, flying in a helicopter, horse riding, spotting wild animals, fruit tasting, working on a ranch, snorkeling, swimming, visiting the zoo, hiking, sailing, riding a camel, driving in 4WD, cycling, visiting museums and amusement parks, shopping and a lot of partying at night!
11. What places did you visited? (Museums, resorts, sport facilities)
too much to write down. A lot of museums, walking trails and (tourist) sights.
12. What other vacation location would you recommend to the public?
In Australia: Fraser Island, The Leconfield Jackeroo/Jilleroo School close to Tamworth, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary (cuddle a koala!) close to Brisbane, Uluru and Kata Tjuta, Coober Pedy, Philip Island (Penguin Parade), Great Ocean Road, Melbourne City...
