Cosmopolitan areas: Montreal, New York and Paris Ruins and archaeological sites: Petra in Jordan
2. Did you travel alone or with your family/friends (how many) ?
Alone, not that I liked to travel alone but this is what happened!
3. How much time did you spend finding out information about this location and what resources did you use to do it (online sites/traveling agencies/friends).
Internet sources about the cities that I wanted to visit. Mainly websites run by the local governments or something like.
4. Can you tell us the thing you like most in this place?
Hmmm, everything I would say, for New York, it was the museums. Paris, the churches, Eiffel tower, the Sein river, the people. In Montreal, it was so much different than any other North American city, more like a European city. Petra, the pinkly color of its rocks.
5. What were the bad/ugly sides of your vacation?
Spending lots of money! Also, The Airport procedures in New York (JFK), since I'm Syrian, so they have to conduct extra procedures in case I was a terrorist (duh)! I missed my flight due to that.
6. How was your room (did you had everything you need).
Was ok!
7. Did you take a digital camera (what model), a laptop or any other gadgets with you? (name of the gadget).
Sony Cyber-shot pro H1, and I had my laptop (Sony VAIO) and my Sony MP3 player.
8. Did you make any new friends (are you still keeping in touch).
I would say so, in Montreal, people there are great!
9. How did you spend your time? Did you participate in any recreational activities?
I mainly did the tourist thing, so I visited the attractions in every city
10. What places did you visited? (Museums, resorts, sport facilities)
New York: The American Musuem of Natural History. The Metropoletan Musuem. Montreal: The BioDome.Paris: The Louvre
11. What other vacation location would you recommend to the public?
I don't know about the public, but for me, I wanna visit Mexico, Peru, Japan, China and Kenya.
