1. What was your favorite vacation location and how did you heard about it?
I think that my best vacation location ever is Tenerife, at Puerto Cruz where I was last year, after a hard year of work. It was a recommendation of my friends who once told me that Puerto Cruz is the second largest tourist city on the islands with accommodation for many tourists, which has a great tradition as a place of relaxation with its biggest spa from the hotel Casino Tauro. And the lushness of the gardens and the agreeable atmosphere are very special features of this city that must be visited at least once in everyone's life. I wasn't so convinced by all that my friends told us but my wife wanted so much to go and our anniversary I thought that a vacation to Tenerife will be the best present ever. Like I said I didn't want so much to go to Tenerife but know that I went I don't regret a moment for choosing this location for our vacation.
2. Did you travel alone or with your family/friends (how many) ?
I traveled with my family and some friends and altogether were 8 persons, including our children.
3. How much time did you spend finding out information about this location and what resources did you use to do it (online sites/traveling agencies/friends).
It took so many time to gather the informations that I needed because there are many online sites about this location so there I found every information necessary to make an impression and to choose this location, I think that few hours on the internet. Afterwards I went to a travel agency and there they told that I made the right decision and I made by place the reservations and I bought the tickets.
4. Can you tell us the thing you like most in this place?
There were so many things that I liked in this vacation that I think the list is to long, but I will say the most important ones, so the weather, the accommodation because where we stayed was close to other outside entertainments, all the places that we visited because they are unique and I never saw something else similar.
5. What were the bad/ugly sides of your vacation?
I don't think that there were bad sides of my vacation because all was perfect that's why I said that there are so many things that I liked in Puerto Cruz, a place that I recommend to all the searchers for exotic and relaxing places.
6. How was your room (did you had everything you need).
Our accommodation was basic but clean and everything that we required during our vacation was available to us in every moment of the day or night. And I must say the room was very comfortable.
7. Did you take a digital camera (what model), a laptop or any other gadgets with you? (name of the gadget).
I took with me only my digital camera a Fuji Fine Pix 401.I did not took with me anything else (laptop) for example because I was in vacation, and it was one of relaxation.
8. How were the people there (the reception and people you meet)
The reception and the local people were very friendly and very helpful when we needed some guiding. And the taxi services were also very reliable at a reasonable price and you don't have the luck to find these conditions in many of the biggest cities of the world.
9. Did you make any new friends (are you still keeping in touch).
I met there a lot of new people but unfortunately I don not keep in touch with them.
10. How did you spend your time? Did you participate in any recreational activities?
Most of our time we spent it at the pool or at the beach but in the evenings we walked on the streets near the Plaza del Charco and there the promenades are pleasant places of enjoyment where we ate at any of the many open air restaurants, every night we choose a different restaurant.
11. What places did you visited? (Museums, resorts, sport facilities)
I visited a lot of places, a big number of buildings of great historical and artistic value such as the church of Nuestra Senora de la Pena, la Ermita de San Telmo, el Castillo de San Felipe, la Casa de la Aduana and the old Quay where small fishing boasts are still moored. And of course one of the greatest attractions of el Puerto is without doubt the Lago Martinez and we also went to the dolphinarium where the kids enjoyed a lot there.
12. What other vacation location would you recommend to the public?
My recommendation is London, the city where I live and which is very big and you have a lit of historic places to visit.
