Kentucky - Mammoth Cave
The Mammoth Cave in Kentucky is the longest cave system in the world. With more than 348 cave miles explored and mapped the Mammoth Park is one of the best tourist destinations in the world. The Mammoth Park also conserves a part of the Green River valley and the hills side of south central Kentucky. The cave was named Mammoth due to its large cambers and colossal size. There are many tours through the cave but the Mammoth Cave Discovery Tour is the best mainly because it is self guided.
